A bank eBanking System User Agreement
This user Agreement is a contract entered into by you and A bank eBanking System. This is meant for use of A bank eBanking System. As this agreement has impact on your rights, you are required to read it carefully. In the event of wishing to know the facts and how they work, A bank can be contacted for inquiries. Once the eBanking System Application of A bank is used, you agree of A bank eBanking Policy and its relevant documents made up of their references. This means you accept the fact that this User Agreement is an agreement made between you and A bank eBanking System according to the law. This agreement is also an agreement you legally signed.
The Legal Binding between you and A bank eBanking System
Registration for receiving services shall be deemed as your designation of A bank eBanking as your agent that will, on your behalf, provide as directed by you all kinds of services offered by eBanking System. A bank eBanking System is not but provision of bank service only.
1. Tasks to be performed by the user - You need to register with A bank eBanking System Account to obtain services. You can use this service to settle the payments, make book transfers and pay for services though Bank account. You shall accept that whatever process involving use of your password is use of this services. All losses and damages arising from processes involving use of your account and password are incumbent upon you.
2. Registration Information - Upon registration, you need to provide complete, true particulars and facts about the Electronic Devices you will use should there be points needing correction, you need to do the corrections immediately. You shall agree to the fact that you do not pretend to be another person by disguising or not use other people's names without seeking permission. If your particulars are found to be inexact, incomplete and untrue, A bank eBanking System services reserves the right to revoke your use of service immediately. Any costs or losses resulting from uncertain information either directly or indirectly have to be borne by you.
3.Service Charges - You are obliged to pay the agreed, prescribed rates for services offered by A bank eBanking System.
4.Prohibited Activities - You shall agree not to use your money obtained illegally through A bank eBanking Service. A bank Banking Service cannot be used for whatsoever illegal transactions. If there arise doubtful events which are indicating that you have made or are making illegal, fraudulent activities inclusive of violations of the terms and conditions of this agreement, use of service will be either suspended or revoked. You are obliged to fully co-operate with A bank eBanking System for investigation of skeptical cases.
5.Password - You shall not leak the password of your account or not use the password of other people. A bank eBanking System shall not be liable for losing arising from wrong use of passwords of the users.
6.Hacking - Should you interfere with, hack or destroy security and service via our Service other them manage your account for payments and receipts or should you attempt to do so, your account can be immediately terminated without any prior notice. Furthermore, your account can be blacklisted and have penalties imposed (inclusive of charges according to the Electronic Law). A bank eBanking System can, without seeking prior permission by you, cautiously reserve the right under this User Agreement to disclose your particulars to anybody who are related to your functions. You have no right to claim compensation for whatsoever damages from A bank eBanking System either for parts or whole damages resulting from the activities of A bank eBanking System.
7. Reservation of A bank's Rights - You shall agree not to transfer any rights or responsibilities involved in the agreement without written permission by A bank eBanking System. Nonetheless, A bank eBanking System reserves the right to transfer whatsoever rights or responsibilities involved in this agreement without seeking your permission.
8. Account Authorization - Upon registration of bank accounts on A bank eBanking, you shall agree that the registered accounts shall have permissions from the authorizers who have given the rights since applying these bank accounts. If there are any disputes which are concerned with the account authorities, you shall be responsible for any legal actions according to the existing laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
A bank eBanking System User Agreement
ဤ User Agreement သည္ သင္ႏွင္႔ A bank eBanking System ၾကားခ်ဳပ္ဆိုေသာ စာခ်ဳပ္ျဖစ္သည္။၄င္းမွာ A bank eBanking System ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈ အသံုးျပဳျခင္းအတြက္ ျဖစ္သည္။ ဤ သေဘာတူညီမႈသည္ သင္၏အခြင့္အေရး မ်ားကို အက်ိဳးသက္ေရာက္မႈ ရွိသျဖင္႔ သင္အေနျဖင့္ ဂရုတစုိက္ဖတ္ရႈ႕ရန္ လုိအပ္ေပသည္။ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားႏွင္႔ ၎တို႔၏ အလုပ္လုပ္ပံုတို႔ကိုထပ္မံ သိရွိလုိပါက A bank သို႔ဆက္သြယ္စံုစမ္းႏိုင္ပါသည္။ A bank ၏ eBanking System Application ကို အသံုးျပဳလိုက္သည္ႏွင့္ A bank eBanking Privacy Policy ႏွင္႔ အျခား ကိုးကားခ်က္မ်ားျဖင္႔ စုစည္းထားေသာစာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားကိုသင္မွ သေဘာတူသည္ဟုမွတ္ယူရမည္္။ သင္႔အေနႏွင္႔ ဤ User Agreement သည္ သင္ႏွင္႔ A bank eBanking System တို႔အၾကား ဥပေဒႏွင္႔အညီ စာခ်ဳပ္ ခ်ုဳပ္ဆိုထားေၾကာင္း လက္ခံလိုက္ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ ဤ Agreement သည္ သင္ တရားဝင္လက္မွတ္ေရးထုိးထားေသာ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္လည္းျဖစ္သည္။
A bank eBanking System ႏွင့္သင့္အၾကား ဥပေဒဆိုင္ရာ ဆက္ႏြယ္ပတ္သတ္မႈ။
ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားအတြက္ မွတ္ပံုတင္ထားျခင္းသည္ သင္႔အေနျဖင္႔ A bank eBanking အား ဤ Agreement ကာလအတြင္း သင္၏ညႊန္းၾကားခ်က္ျဖင္႔ eBanking System မွ ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ေသာ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈအားလုံးကို သင္၏ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္အျဖစ္ျဖင္႔ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္ သင္မွ သတ္မွတ္ထားသည္ဟု ဆိုလိုပါသည္။ A bank eBanking System သည္ ဘဏ္တစ္ခု မဟုတ္ပဲ ဘဏ္ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈသာျဖစ္သည္။
1.အသံုးျပဳသူ၏ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္တာ၀န္မ်ား ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈရရွိရန္ သင္သည္ A bank eBanking System Account တြင္ မွတ္ပံုတင္ရမည္။သင္သည္ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈကို BankAccountျဖင့္ ေငြေပးေခ်ျခင္း ၊ေငြစာရင္းေျပာင္ းျခင္း၊ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ အတြက္ေငြေပးေခ်ျခင္းတို႔ ျပဳလုပ္ရာတြင္ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္သည္။ သင္၏ Password ျဖင္႔သံုးေသာ မည္သည့္ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မဆို ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈကို အသံုးျပဳျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း လက္ခံရမည္။ သင္၏ Account ႏွင့္ password ကိုသံုးေသာ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား အားလံုးတြင္ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာ ပ်က္ဆီးဆံုးရံွုးမႈမ်ားသည္ သင္၌သာ တာဝန္ရွိပါသည္။
2. Registration Information သင္မွ ျပည့္စံုမွန္ကန္ေသာ သင္၏အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား၊ အသံုးျပဳမည့္ Electronic Devices ၏ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို မွတ္ပံုတင္ရာတြင္ ေပးရမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး ျပင္ဆင္စရာမ်ားရွိပါက ခ်က္ခ်င္းျပင္ဆင္ရေပမည္။ သင္အေနျဖင့္ အျခားတစ္ေယာက္ကဲ႔သို႔ အေယာင္ေဆာင္ျခင္း (သို႔) ခြင္႔ျပဳခ်က္မရဘဲ အျခားအမည္အား အသံုးျပဳျခင္းတုိ႔ကို မျပဳရန္ သေဘာတူရမည္ျဖစ္သည္။အကယ္၍ သင္ေပးေသာ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားထဲမွ မတိက်ေသာ၊ မျပည့္စံုေသာ၊ မမွန္ကန္ေသာ အခ်က္မ်ားေတြ႔ရွိပါက A bank eBanking System အေနျဖင္႔ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈအသံုးျပဳျခင္းအား ခ်က္ခ်င္းဖ်က္သိမ္းႏိုင္ေသာ အခြင္႔အာဏာရွိသည္။ မတိက်၊မေသခ်ာေသာ သတင္းအခ်က္ အလက္မ်ားေၾကာင့္ တုိက္ရိုက္ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း သြယ္ဝိုက္၍ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာရလဒ္ ကုန္က်စရိတ္မ်ား (သို႔) မည္သည့္ ဆံုးရံွုးမႈမ်ားကိုမဆို သင္႔ထံမွ ျပန္လည္ရယူႏိုင္သည္။
3.ဝန္ေဆာင္ခမ်ား။ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈအတြက္ A bank eBanking System ၏ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ မ်ားအတြက္ က်သင့္ေသာ ႏွဳန္းထားမ်ား ကို အသံုးျပဳသူမွ ဘဏ္မွ သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ က်သင္႔မည့္ ဝန္ေဆာင္ခမ်ားကို တာဝန္ယူေပးေဆာင္ရမည္ ျဖစ္သည္။
4.တားျမစ္ထားေသာ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား။ သင္သည္ မည့္သည္တည္ဆဲဥပေဒ တစ္ရပ္ကို္ေဖာက္ဖ်က္က်ဳးလြန္သည့္္ေဆာင္ ရြက္မႈမ်ားတြင္လုပ္ ေဆာင္မည္မဟုတ္ေၾကာင္းသိရွိသေဘာတူညီပါသည္။A bank eBanking တြင္ အသံုးျပဳျခင္း မျပဳရန္ သေဘာတူထားရမည္။ တရားဥပေဒႏွင္႔ မညီညႊတ္ေသာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားအတြက္ မည္သည့္ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ိဳး ကိုမဆို အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္မည္ မဟုတ္ေပ။ အကယ္၍ သင္သည္ ဤ agreement ထဲမွ စည္းကမ္းခ်က္ မ်ားကို ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ျခင္းအပါအဝင္ ဥပေဒႏွင္႔ မညီညြတ္ေသာ၊ လိမ္လည္လွည့္ဖ်ားမႈမ်ား လုပ္ေဆာင္ေနသည္(သို႔) လုပ္ေဆာင္ခဲ႔သည္ဟု သံသယျဖစ္စရာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ား ျဖစ္ေပၚလာ ပါက ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈကို အသုံးျပဳျခင္းအား ေခတၱရပ္စဲထားျခင္း (သို႕)ဖ်က္သိမ္းျခင္းမ်ား ကိုAbank မွဆုံးျဖတ္နိုင္ျပီး သင္သည္ A bank eBanking System ႏွင္႔အတူ သံသယရွိေသာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ား စံုစမ္းရာတြင္ အျပည့္အဝ ပူးေပါင္းပါဝင္ရလိမ့္မည္။
5.Password သင္သည္ သင္၏ Account password ကိုထုတ္ေဖာ္ေျပာဆုိျခင္း သို႔ အျခားသူ၏ password ကို အသံုးျပဳျခင္းတုိ႔ကို မျပဳရပါ။ User မ်ား၏ password မ်ား မွားယြင္းကာ အသံုးျပဳမႈမ်ားမွ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာ ဆံုးရံႈးမႈမ်ားအတြက္ A bank eBanking ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမွ တာဝန္ရွိမည္ မဟုတ္ေပ။
6.Hacking အကယ္၍သင္သည္ ေငြေပးေခ်ျခင္းႏွင္႔ ေငြလက္ခံျခင္း၊သင္၏ Account ကိုစီမံေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္းတို႔အျပင္ (ဝင္ေရာက္စြက္ဖက္ျခင္း၊ hacking ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္း သုိ႔ လံုျခံဳေရး ႏွင့္ လုပ္ငန္း၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကို ဖ်က္ဆီးျခင္း)တို႔ အတြက္ ကၽြႏု္ပ္တုိ႔၏ service ကို အသံုးျပဳလွ်င္ (သို႔) အသံုးျပဳရန္ ၾကိဳးစားလွ်င္ သင္၏ Account မွာ ႀကိဳတင္အသိေပးျခင္းမရွိပဲ ခ်က္ခ်င္းပင္ ရပ္ဆိုင္းခံရျခင္း ျဖစ္ေပၚႏိုင္သည္။ထုိ႔ျပင္ သင္႔ Account အား Black Lists အျဖစ္ သတ္မွတ္ျခင္းႏွင္႔ အျခားျပစ္ဒဏ္မ်ား (Electronic ဥပေဒဆိုင္ရာ စြဲခ်က္တင္ျခင္း အပါအ၀င္) မ်ား ကို ျပဳလုပ္ခံရႏိုင္သည္။ A bank eBanking System သည္ သင္၏ ဦးစြာခြင္႔ျပဳခ်က္မရွိပဲ သင္၏ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို သင္၏ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္တာမ်ားႏွင္႔ ဆက္စပ္ေနေသာ မည္သည့္သူကိုမဆို ထုတ္ေဖာ္ေျပာဆိုႏုိင္ေသာ အခြင္႔အေရးကို ဤ User Agreement ေအာက္၌ သတိရွိစြာျဖင္႔ ခ်ဳပ္ကိုင္ထားသည္။သင္မွ A bank eBanking System ေၾကာင္႔ ျဖစ္ေပၚေသာ ပ်က္စီးမႈမ်ား ၏ အစိတ္အပိုင္း (သို႔) အားလံုးအတြက္ A bank eBanking System မွနစ္နာေၾကး ေတာင္းပိုင္ခြင္႔မရွိေပ။
7. A bankအခြင့္အာဏာသတ္မွတ္ျခင္း သင္အေနႏွင္႔ ဤ agreement ေအာက္ရွိ မည္သည့္ အခြင္႔အေရး (သို႔) တာဝန္မ်ားကို A bank eBanking System ၏ စာျဖင္႔ေရးထားေသာ ခြင္႔ျပဳခ်က္မရွိပဲ ေရြ႔ေျပာင္းျခင္း မျပဳရန္ သေဘာတူရေပမည္။ A bank eBanking System သည္ ဤ agreement ေအာက္ရွိ မည္သည့္ အခြင္႔အေရး(သို႔) တာဝန္မ်ားကို သင္၏ခြင္႔ျပဳခ်က္မရွိပဲ ေရႊ႔ေျပာင္းႏိုင္ေသာ အခြင္႔အေရးရွိပါသည္။
8. ေငြစာရင္းစီမံခန္႔ခြဲခြင့္ဆိုင္အခြင့္အာဏာ သင္သည္ A bank eBanking ေလၽွာက္ထားရာတြင္ေလၽွာက္ထားသည့္ ေငြစာရင္းစီမံခန္႔ခြဲခြင့္ဆိုင္ရာအခြင့္အာဏာ အေနျဖင့္မူလစာရင္းေလၽွာက္ထားစဥ္က သတ္မွတ္ထားခဲ့ေသာ အခြင့္အာဏာ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္မ်ားအတိုင္းေလၽွာက္ထားရမည္ကိုသိရွိသေဘာတူၿပီး အဆိုပါ အခြင့္အာဏာႏွင့္ ဆန္႔က်င္ေနသည့္အေၿခ အေန မ်ားေပၚေပါက္ခဲ့ပါကပ်က္စီးဆုံးရွံးမႈမ်ားအတြက္သင္မွဉပေဒေၾကာင္းအရ တာဝန္ယူက်ခံေျဖရွင္းေပးရမည္ကို သိရွိ သေဘာတူပါသည္။
